I used to work out at Bruni in the mid to late ’70’s. Every night we’d come to Frank’s Cafe for steaks. Those were the best steaks I ever tasted. We’d get beers out of the cooler and you’d count the bottles when settling the bill. Sometimes the roof leaked and you’d put a bucket under the leak to catch the rain. What rub did you use on those steaks? I’ve never been able to duplicate it. I’d love to know what’s in it so I can make it here in Colorado. Those were special days that I won ‘t forget!
